Who We Are
After chasing Esox for 30 years in the U.S. and Canada, I thought it was time to release my own line of baits.
The Chasin'50 name comes from the muskie guide service I started around 2009. The original logo above was drawn for me by Charles Weiss. The name, and the phrase “50 inches or 50 pounds — we are Chasin'50,” was born from that very quest: a 50-pound muskie or a 50-inch northern pike. I have carried that theme into this line of baits. It is the spirit they are made from.
The first offerings are spinnerbaits, vibration baits, and leaders. The design is the result of years on the water, and of trial-and-error changes, to get to what the fish want and what will hold up to the abuse these fish inflict. As the need shows up, I may add to the line.
Thank you for your interest, and may you land your “50”!
